Board meetings are open to all residents, homeowners and landowners to attend. Meeting notices and agendas are officially posted ( a minimum of 72 hours in advance) on the outdoor bulletin board near the intersection of Wilder Dr. and Al Rd. As a courtesy, residents are also usually notified about the meeting dates and location via NextDoor.com, provided they have signed up for the servicet.

Residents are encouraged to attend meetings, and to assist with road  maintenance. Periodically, “work days” are scheduled for patching the road, or for cutting back brush along the side of the road. Without the help of resident volunteers, this work would have to be contracted out at considerable cost to the District, which would result in increased property tax assessments.
